1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all digital products offered by Taya Hart via www.tayahart.com and the Systeme.io platform.
Products include online courses, subliminals, affirmations, e-books, and other digital materials for personal development.
Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

2. Nature of Products

All Taya Hart products are digital and intangible.
Access is delivered instantly after payment confirmation, either via download link or online access.
No physical items are shipped.

3. Prices

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and include all applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
The price displayed at the time of purchase is the final price.
Taya Hart reserves the right to modify prices at any time without affecting completed and paid orders.

4. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Accepted methods:

Stripe (credit or debit card)
PayPal

All transactions are encrypted and processed securely by external payment processors.
Taya Hart does not store any payment card data.

5. Delivery & Access

Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive an automatic email with your purchase confirmation and product access (link to your course or file).
If you do not receive it within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@tayahart.com.

6. Refunds & Returns

Because our products are digital and instantly accessible, all sales are final and non-refundable once access is granted.

Exceptions apply only in the following cases:

a technical issue preventing access to the product,
duplicate payment.

In such cases, please contact hello@tayahart.com within 14 days of purchase.

7. Age Requirement

Purchases can be made by individuals aged 16 and older.
Coaching or workshop services are available only to adults (18+).

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Customer data (name, email, payment details) is collected solely to process purchases and provide product access.
Data is handled in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy.
Taya Hart never sells or shares personal data with third parties.

9. Intellectual Property

All content (audio, video, text, images, subliminals, and courses) is the intellectual property of Taya Hart.
Purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license for individual use only.
Reproduction, resale, or redistribution of any materials is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and all transactions between customers and Taya Hart are governed by European Union law (GDPR / E-commerce directive).
For customers outside the EU, the law of the seller’s country of residence applies.
